God’s stolen country

Land of the free

With its gun addictions

Its overcrowded jails

Where overweight waddles

In social injustice

And racial inequality

With perceived superiority

Full of suspicion and fear

This national autism

Of an inflated economy

Living in poverty and decadence

At tomorrow’s expense
