Springt omhoog
De echo van oprechtheid
Moet gehoord zijn
Zelfs tot boven in Alaska
En het zuidelijkste puntje
Van Vuurland
Mijn God, er is hoop!

I’m a nationalist
At heart and soul
Says the young politician
I won’t let my own country
Be boycotted!
My heart skips a beat
Jumps right up
The echo of sincerity
Must’ve been heard
Even in de top of Alaska
And the southernmost tip
Of Fireland
My God, there is hope!
