Door to Heaven ~ (For Carmen)
I see a bright light
Yet so infinitely tender
Shining on your lovely face
Wherever you are
Your slim shoulders, in reality
Must be as broad as the universe
To carry your soul’s life purpose
Why else would you be climbing
The mountain from the wrong side
Where only storm resides?
What enormous liability of mankind
Are you paying off?
Which door to heaven will open for us?
