I Don’t Want To Be Rude
Some people don’t really know
The impact or meaning
Of their words
If somebody says to you
“I don’t want to be rude”
Is that a declaration of war
Because they are
Going to be rude anyway?
Expect some sort of insult
Or worse still, physical abuse
So, next time they say it
The appropriate answer is
“Neither do I”
