Solid Bridges of Friendship ~ (The Pan-Guyanese Highway)
I would like to make the case
For a Pan-Guyanese Highway
Between the cities of Cayenne
Paramaribo and Georgetown
Not only would it connect
Their small isolated economies
With huge advantage for all
It would clearly benefit
The mentality of the people
Leaders, workers in all fields
Let’s substitute the ferries
Over the Maroni and Corentyne
By solid bridges of friendship
