Hoe sluit je vrede

Met slavernij?

Hoe dwing je

Onmenselijkheid

Op de knieën?

Door het constant

Met jouw menselijkheid

Te bestoken

Uit te dagen

Bij het leven te sarren

Het bloed onder de nagels

Vandaan te halen

Totdat het overstag gaat

How do you make peace

With slavery?

How do you force

Inhumanity

On its knees?

By constantly

Harassing it

With your humanity

Challenging it

Teasing the hell out of it

Picking the blood

From under its nails

Until it gives in
