Hoe kan iemand zijn
Een ware representant
Van het volk
Als hij uitsluitend
Groepsgebonden
Denkt en handelt?
Weet hij niet
Dat haat en verdeeldheid
Geen basis zijn voor
Duurzame ontwikkeling
En welvaart?
Dat enkel samenwerking
Bruggen bouwt?
Collaboration (translation)
How can someone be
A true representative
Of the people
While he exclusively
Thinks and acts
Group bound?
Doesn’t he know
That hatred and division
Have no basis for
Sustainable development
And prosperity?
That only collaboration
Builds bridges?
