Cost of Love

Warm

En kwetsbaar

Haar voorkomen

Door het leven

Van weersomstuit

In de branding geslepen

Dat zie je zo

Dromerig

Doch bedachtzaam

Het licht in haar ogen

Hoe duur

Was de liefde

Die ze zo vrijelijk geeft?

Warm

And vulnerable

Her appearance

Polished

Through encounters

In the surf of life

That’s easy to see

Dreamy

But thoughtful

The light in her eyes

How expensive

Was the love

That she so freely gives?
